Frequently Asked Questions

Here is a small selection of common questions that our customers have had in the past. As always, we recommend contacting our expert staff if you have any questions regarding accident management, our compensation guide or how to make an accident injury claim.

Q. Is my accident eligible for an accident injury claim?

Whether it was a motor accident, an accident at work or in a public place, contact our team to find out if you are eligible

Q. How do I make a claim?

Simply call one of our team - they will guide you through every step of the process, including advice on whether you have a likely claim in the first instance. Claims make up a part of our complete accident management service.

Q. How much do I have to pay to start an accident injury claim?

Nothing; our initial advice is free and we operate on a no win no fee basis, as do all our specialised injury lawyers.

Q. When do I have to pay? What if I lose my claim?

If your claim is successful, you pay us nothing and keep 100% compensation since the other party’s insurance will pay the fees. If you lose, you would still pay us nothing as part of our no win no fee promise. In the case of cancellation, there may be fees to pay but as part of our transparent approach, you will always be fully advised of all possible outcomes before needing to commit.

Q. How much compensation am I entitled to?

You may like to look at our online Compensation Guide and/or speak to one of our expert staff before gaining in-depth advice form one of our specialist injury lawyers.

Q. How long have I got to make my accident injury claim - am I too late?

Generally speaking, adults need to make a claim within 3 years of a no fault accident. However, the legal window of opportunity is longer or sometimes shorter in very specific circumstances. Also, if the injuries sustained were not immediately apparent, the time period begins from the date you were made aware of the connection between the accident or negligent act which led to it. For under 18s, the three year period begins from their eighteenth birthday, regardless of when the accident actually took place.

Q Exactly how many forms do I have to fill out?

At Complete Accident Management Ltd., we have streamlined the process as much as possible to avoid repetitive, stressful form filling. Our staff will guide you through every step of the way to make it a smooth, easy process.

Q. Will I have to go to court?

In the modern day, most claims do not reach the court, and it is not usually necessary to go to the injury lawyer’s office either - our service efficiently manages your claim by telephone and letter. Your lawyer would of course advise you of any necessary variation to this general rule.

Q. What about a hit and run motor accident?

You are protected under the auspices of the Motor Insurance Bureau and can still make an accident injury claim.

Q. My motor accident put my car off the road - can you help?

Speak to our staff about our accident management service which includes a replacement vehicle and a vehicle repair credit scheme to have your vehicle swiftly repaired.

Q. I was a passenger in a car where the driver was at fault - can I claim?

Yes, you can still make a motor accident injury claim.
